Knowledge Management systems are almost
never the product of one individual. They typically serve
many purposes, and require the active input of all stakeholders
to make sure they have an architecture that works for the
greatest number of users.
We are strong believers in the power
of storyboards. We bring key players together, and work
with a proprietary tactile exercise to discover what information
is required and how it should be organized.
When we have a draft architecture, we
test it with representative groups to make sure we've covered
as many access points and branches as possible. Then, we
begin building the system.
