UEI pioneered the single universal remote - one controller that could talk to hundreds of devices. User Guide UEI's universal remote i used by the full range of our population, from kids in elementary school to PhD's giving large scale lectures. Not only does the device need to have a clear interface, but the manual that explains it has to be as easy to use as the remote control. After all, if the user can't understand the directions, they won't be happy with the product. We developed a series of User Guides for UEI's remotes. Small in format to fit in the box and be easy to access, they included the diagrams and easy to read directions to help people get up and running quickly with these time saving devices.
