iMetrikus - Web-Based Electronic Medical Records

Situation

iMetrikus' web site is used by a growing population of patients suffering from chronic diseases such as diabetes and HIV/AIDS. These users come from all age and population groups, and they all need one thing - to be able to upload and review their personal health records quickly and on a regular basis.

Web-Based Help

We created a dynamic web-based Help system that resides on the iMetrikus host site. The system provides directions for users to attach and use their home link devices, and to view their records and generate reports of them. The system also links to outside resources for device support and reference to disease treatment information.

Implementation Planning

Our Implementation Plan provided dual track support for iMetrikus clients and end users. Each audience had to prepare their system (servers on the client side, PCs for the end users) and then learn how to use them.

System Documentation

iMetrikus relies on their servers to stay in business. With multiple redundancies built into the architecture, they have gone as far as possible to guarantee consistent up-time. We developed a full suite of Configuration Management and Installation manuals to support the third party and internal staff responsible for supporting their systems and software.
