Z-Axis is a leading innovator in the filed of legal and other professional presentation development. Their work products are much more than sophisticated PowerPoint presentations. Instead, they are highly complex combinations of graphics, text, and animation that are used to recreate crime scenes, insurance losses, architectural plans, and other complex issues that lend themselves to highly visual presentations.

As they hire new employees, it is important for them to understand much more than the mechanics of their individual jobs. Instead, they need to understand the company, its customers, and the types of materials they can produce. Each new project team musty learn from those that went before it.

It is difficult to learn all this in a short timeframe. So, we developed a phased orientation plan with regular reality checks that allowed each new employee to gradually and effectively learn and integrate both job-specific and overall company information.
