How is e-Learning developed?

We use a version of our milestone-based process (called ADDIE: Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate) to guide the e-learning development process. This process ensures input from the client, while moving the main burden of development from your desk to ours.

Our process for developing e-learning includes gathering information, developing the system architecture, building a draft, testing it on a typical group of trainees, and then making final changes.

Our e-learning programs are highly interactive, with multiple layers of branching and frequent self-check opportunities.
