We use a version of our milestone-based process
(called ADDIE: Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate)
to guide
the
Workshop development process. This process ensures input from
the client, while moving the main burden of development from
your
desk to ours.
Our process for developing workshops includes
gathering information, developing a design document, building
a draft, training your trainers, testing it on a typical group
of trainees, and then making final changes.
When we're done, we turn the files and other
materials over to you for long-term maintenance.
